What's your favorite flavoring/seasoning?

Mine is cayenne. If I don't like a certain vegetable, just put enough cayenne on it and pretty soon you can't taste anything!

Salt and pepper! Can't ever go wrong with it.

I also do love crushed red pepper.

Where do you buy this? Sounds fantastic. I love Indian food, but have so far been too nervous to try making my own...

I'm boring. I love garlic and put it on/in everything but desert. And cereal. Maybe.

Garlic cloves - no powder here!!

Even better if the cloves are roasted in olive oil first!

Cayenne and red pepper flakes too!

I guess it would all depend on what I'm eating too.

Impossible for me to answer...I don't have a spice rack, I have a spice cabinet at home. Like a regular cabinet that you would put bowls or glasses in or whatever...and it's busting at the seems with spices, hot sauces, herbs, and all kinds of exotic yumminess.

I have about 300 bulbs from about 8 varieties planted out back. I've been giving scapes away to just about anyone that'll take them!

Another month or so until garlic season.

My favorite for everything is Frank's Red Hot.

I use "Slap Ya Mama". It's a Cajun seasoning mix made with salt, black and red pepper, and garlic. Good stuff.

    [sriracha pic]

I've never actually tried sriracha but everyone's going nuts over it! Is it any different from any other hot sauce?
