YES, Sriracha is unreal! You just gotta try.

Citric acid! Calorie free and makes things tangy. It's also called sour salt.

Pampered Chef's "Citrus Basil" is amazing, I even put it on my air-popped popcorn for a nice flavor! :)

I am on an Indian Masala kick right now... I put it IN burgers, on lamb... my veggies are pretty safe but I'm really enjoing adding this to all my meats lol

Where do you buy this? Sounds fantastic. I love Indian food, but have so far been too nervous to try making my own...

I'm boring. I love garlic and put it on/in everything but desert. And cereal. Maybe.

I just buy it at the grocery store, in the spice section. Club House makes one. I especially love making a rub with olive oil, honey and this spice for my lamb kabobs... omg. Foodgasm! lol

The three I use most are chili powder, black pepper and garlic. I'm not sure one gets preference over the other.

    After salt and pepper?

Alessi's White Balsamic Vinegar. I use that all the time.

After that, I think I may use fresh thyme the most (luckily it grows year round in my area). Though I also grow (and regularly use) basil, tarragon, fennel, shallots, garlic and mint. And regularly use paprika, chili powder, curry, and cardamom.

    I like to cook.

    depends on what.

I use a lot of cumin in my cooking, also fresh garlic, fresh herbs, lemon. I'd say a pretty strong mediterranean/mid-eastern style. oh and I love cinnamon.

I also love Asian seasonings - soy sauce, garlic, ginger

Garlic cloves - no powder here!!

I have about 300 bulbs from about 8 varieties planted out back. I've been giving scapes away to just about anyone that'll take them!

Another month or so until garlic season.

Jealous. haha My son planted a lonely clove... I haven't checked yet, may be dead.. hahah

Lately, I've been putting Tone's cajon seasoning on everything.

Slap Ya Mama has a little less sodium, and the Slap Ya Mama white pepper blend has even less.

I use cajun seasoning a lot, also paprika and chili powder, and ALWAYS garlic powder or just fresh garlic.

I've never actually tried sriracha but everyone's going nuts over it! Is it any different from any other hot sauce?
It's a blend of garlic and chili and sweet... Gotta try it. :) I put it on my eggs, in my tuna salad, in my chicken salad, on my salad, on bacon... mmmm

I've also been really into toum lately... it's a lebanese garlic sauce. So good. Awesome as a dip for chicken or as a sandwich spread. You just have to be okay with a lot of garlic flavor.
