Can anyone give me advice on strength training exercises that will get me looking masculine? I am trying to avoid developing wimpy "girl muscles."

Oh this is gonna be good!
I just read the MANLY MAN MUSCLE post...........
Can I share your popcorn Charles?
ETA: I'm WAY fat and know that I'll never develop MANLY MAN MUSCLES like some of the dudes at the gym. There is a guy who's been working out at the gyms I have and he's very buff! And he's been doing it for FOUR YEARS, he's a friend, even I have noticed that it's been gradual. I can definitely say he's not "juicing" He's pretty damn cool, (for other reasons too)0 -

You're probably going to have to do the same thing men do if you want masculine muscles. Eat lots of protein, Drink Pre-Workout, Do a steady strength routine adding more weight each week.
And yet, with how fit you are...and this fact that this is in fun & games thread. Perhaps you are just pulling people's chains and not wanting real answers? Nonetheless, look into Body Building websites if that's really what you want.0 -

Only if you plug your nose and close your mouth while you do it. The muscle pops right out because all that pressure has to go SOMEWHERE.0 -

Get yourself into a situation where strength is your only solution, eat spinach from a can, and flex. Results are only temporary but damn!0 -
You should ask the person with that one friend that accidentally got bulky with the enormous thighs...supposedly0

testosterone.
I saw a Katie Couric video than explains how you can increase your testosterone level dramatically buy standing with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips for two minutes. (wonder woman/superman stance) :noway: And no, they were not kidding.:huh:0 -
Buy a shake weight....I hear it's great for bulking up muscles. It also helps reduce belly fat.0

Just go Super Saiyan...0

Something about dead chickens or cauldrons comes to mind....0

I like this idea! I am SOOOO trying that next time.
I wonder what muscles will pop first? Hope it's not my calves - cuz those are pretty manly.0 -
