    I'll join! I'm trying to commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day. I usually work out for a little over an hour once a week, but I'd like to become more consistent so for now I will reduce my time. I will consume ~1200 calories a day.


    My Ultimate Goal is to get into a healthy weight range by June 1st.

    yes to a start date of Jan 4th, I tried to start this weekend, but the rum cake proved too delicious! I am going to set my goal of 4 to 6 pounds by the end of January. More exercise and nice clean and lean eating!

    Goal for january. To drop below 16stone and to beat a friends time on a running section
    Long term goal: Looking to complete a triathlon at the end of may.

    Started cycling and running already swimming will start in the next week training time.

    Strict diet like others keeping proteins up and being smart with food choices using this app helps a lot :)

    MFP is such a eye opener to the whole weight loss journey. Made me realize how you really don't need to kill yourself to lose weight. Good luck everyone :smile:

    Never joined a thread before. Looking for motivation.

    Joining!!! I've started drinking lemon water in the mornings, adding grapefruit to my diet and doing a cleanse this week. Hopefully by Feb i'll see results.
