    I would love to join, my husband and I started in August and we did the 21 days challenge, then 90 days challenge, but I am up for another one : )

    Change it up ! Piyo, Zumba, HIIT, Yoga etc. Keep things interesting.
    Drink 1/2 your weight or more in water.
    Finally, and most importantly... PRACTICE SELF LOVE !

    I'm in too. I am tired of unhealthy eating and being fat and lethargic. I struggle with the mental part of losing weight: committed today but not really tomorrow. Being a part of a group for 90 days is great.
