I'm In. I have lost 31 lbs, since October using myfitnesspal. Now it is time to get serious and get back to the gym. Managed to maintain over the holidays, only gained 1.5 lbs. Looking forward to the support of this group. Hope everyone shares their idea's and progress. I Will be weighing in tomorrow and updating my profile, in order to have an accurate profile for the 4th of January 2016. Stay positive, and Happy Successful New Year to all.
