Accomplishments..... I journaled alot and did over 10000 steps a day. How could I forget I shoveled a ton of snow.
Biggest struggle: controlling the amount of food. One day I had entered 2500 calories for one day.

Clearly not going to make 5 # in January but I'll take the 3# and keep on keeping on. I have a good exercise routine in place and as long as I stay consistent with my eating, I'm confident it will come off, slowly but surely. The plus side I FEEL so much BETTER because I am exercising and eating better.
