    Woot woot. I'm actually surprised that I lost two whole pounds. I'm just starting back and usually I stay stagnant for the first month and then it all comes off. It was a pleasant surprise to hop on the scale and see that number.

    Managed to drop 5 lbs of water and salt :) Should reach 155 by the end of the month.

    I had to change my weigh in date to Friday. I am really encouraged by the results!!!
    2 more pounds gone!!! Just over 1 lb to go and I will have hit the 5 lb goal!!!

    Today I am struggling... The weather is icky, I am tired and have PMS. Therefore, I am craving chocolate..Lots of it. This too will pass. I am sure. It's just not easy getting through it.

    I know I am going to go over my calories today. My hubby and I are having a date night and going out for supper. Some things are worth it. :)

    Holy smokes batman another loss! Really motivating to see the weight actually coming off. Had some problems with my teeth this week so I think part of this was from the fact that I had a lot of soup and liquids this week rather than whole foods.
