Woot woot. I'm actually surprised that I lost two whole pounds. I'm just starting back and usually I stay stagnant for the first month and then it all comes off. It was a pleasant surprise to hop on the scale and see that number.0 -
Managed to drop 5 lbs of water and salt Should reach 155 by the end of the month.

I had to change my weigh in date to Friday. I am really encouraged by the results!!!
2 more pounds gone!!! Just over 1 lb to go and I will have hit the 5 lb goal!!!
Today I am struggling... The weather is icky, I am tired and have PMS. Therefore, I am craving chocolate..Lots of it. This too will pass. I am sure. It's just not easy getting through it.
I know I am going to go over my calories today. My hubby and I are having a date night and going out for supper. Some things are worth it.

Holy smokes batman another loss! Really motivating to see the weight actually coming off. Had some problems with my teeth this week so I think part of this was from the fact that I had a lot of soup and liquids this week rather than whole foods.0 -

I really struggle with controlling the amount of food I eat.0 -
Hello, I'm new to this. I officially started on Sunday.
Coming off the weekend, success was getting myself to the treadmill and I ran a mile. It's was a huge feat for me. I also tracked and maintained my calorie count without eating into the 75 calories I burned for that mile.
Continuing the workout and watching what I eat will be the challenge. But that's why I'm here.
