    Hi, and thanks for your feedback. I do have Hashimoto's, hence the reason for this thread, you obviously didn't see that... I am monitored strictly; it has been a challenge. I will check out the autoimmune diet, I have already eliminated gluten...best of health to you!

    Thanks so much for your suggestions...I am quite alright with the gluten free thing, I agree with you, there are some wonderful products out there! I am looking to bake my own bread soon, though I don't eat bread often, once in awhile, I like a sandwich. Happy to hear you are feeling better!
