    My brain is 25, my body is 44 but my back feels as if it is 75!!
    But I will keep plodding on with my goals in my heart.
    What is your exercise of choice???

    Insanity HITT workouts were the best cardio ever for me. Never made it through the second month but 6 times through the first month did the trick hahaha

    Hi there. This year I am loosing 45lbs for ever. Last year I was called fatso, obese, and told by girlfriend that my best feature was my face, and she was not attracted by my physic as I let my fitness go away for a while. Friends needed to keep me motivated and I will post pictures of any progress.

    Hello :) I had a rubbish 2015, after losing 3.5 stone in 2014, back problems stopped me exercising for 6 months, additional things occurring meant that I've piled 2 stone back on, but it feels like more. I've never felt so big and unhappy. So, here goes day 1 getting back to fitness in my 40's.

    Hiya. I'm 46 though look and feel younger. Got last few lbs to go till reach my goal and starting a new programme at the gym today to focus on losing body fat and toning up - though not expecting it to be easy toning lose skin at my age. Feel free to add me.
