    I know that I didn't have 100 pounds to lose but I was unhappy with how I looked and had 30% or more body fat.

    Between the first and second pics, there is 960 days…..it might not be that impressive but I still got there and will go even further.

    The secret to my success is PATIENCE. I didn’t lose weight or even inches for almost 10 months…..but pics taken every month showed that things were happening.

    YOU are my hero. I want to be your friend :)

    I can't wait till i get to your point so i can be a role model for my friends... so many of them are quick to try pills and clenses :( As of right now though i haven't lost enough for them to say oh wait doing it the right way works lol...
