Good or bad, I log everything. When I work (I work 4AM to 1PM) I eat my first breakfast at around 2-2:30 then my second breakfast at 9AM on my lunch hour. Then lunch at 1-2PM. Then dinner at 5-5:30 and finish it up before 6. When I'm off I usually eat the first breakfast at 4-4:30AM before my big walk then second breakfast at 11AM
