    Happy leap day everyone. Here's the final number - 8 lbs down this challenge and I just logged the first 10 since starting to track. It feels great!

    1/24 - 203.5
    1/29 - 201
    2/05 - 199.5

    2/29 - 195.5

    Thanks! 1200cal a day (plus eating back my exercise calories), plus around five to ten miles a day walking with weight. 165 was also more or less my goal weight for when I was wanting to stop losing weight and start trying to gain back muscle.

    My total lost was 6 pounds. I started at 204 and as of 2/29 I was 198
