    Hello all you new challenge buddies. Did my weigh in yesterday to start this challenge and lost a few so feeling pretty darn good today. I know I'm going to have some shakey moments ahead but right now I am the woman of steel! I like the morning walk idea fluffy, but thanks for waiting till its warmer. I'm up here in the frozen tundra ..... Winnipeg.

    This morning I was up 1.2 pounds...ugh! The scale is going in the wrong direction! :o

    My DH and I walk every weekday morning with our grandpuppy and then it's just the two of us on the weekends. We managed 4.75 miles this morning in just under two hours. The only other exercise I did today was a 2 1/2 minute plank. I spent the afternoon helping my DDD with her 1st grade class. She teaches them to read...I sharpen their pencils! It was a good day!

    How are everyone doing today? I'm back at work and hit the ground running. This is the first moment I've had to sit down in 4.5 hours. You'd think with all the running around I do, the weight would just fall off of me. Not so lucky...argh. Have a great day!

    How? I'm cutting out sugar as much as I can - in hot drinks and in fizzy pop. I've already changed hot drinks to sweetner which I'm working on cutting down to 1 instead of 2. But I need to try hard to avoid fizzy pop.
    Also by eating healthy balanced dinners. I'm not restricting any food groups particularly just trying to be healthy. I have a history of eating disorders so this is very important to me. Progress needs to be steady hence my target is 5-10lbs as I don't want to push myself too much
