Aloha all, I hope all is going well. I am going to weigh in on Friday mornings. I don't know why but that works best for me. I control what I eat better during the week. If I weigh in on Friday I don't feel bad about eating a little junk on the weekends. Weird I know but I lost 10 lbs last month using this process with no food/body shaming. Rock on people
Joined today and excited to be part of an active group! I recently added strength training and I'm eager to see results. Any advise on weight lifting is welcome.
