It's weigh in day for me. I have just a few days to the final and I'm still 3 lbs away but this challenge definitely got me going! I learned some things and adjusted my expectations. I get discouraged at a .5 lb loss but then I look back and realize that I average just about 1.5 lbs a week. My whining brain says, "That's so slowwwww. Wahhhh, wahhh, wahhhh..." but my logical brain says, "That's perfect!". Having this challenge goal was great and this board got me to stop lurking and start participating. Maybe some day I'll even post a pic of myself. Who knows. So I'm down 7 challenge lbs and 9 lbs since I started this adventure. Looking forward to logging the first 10 and every 10 after that. Thanks, everyone for your input and honest sharing.
Welp....29th is upon us. I am thinking I did fabulous, but didn't hit 10 lbs. I am just shy at about 9 right now, but we will see what tomorrow brings!

Thanks! 1200cal a day (plus eating back my exercise calories), plus around five to ten miles a day walking with weight. 165 was also more or less my goal weight for when I was wanting to stop losing weight and start trying to gain back muscle.
