Walked w/DH and grandpuppy this morning (7.00 total miles for 15,261 steps)then got on the recumbent bike for 13.50 miles in 45 mins then helped out in 1st grade. A good day!0 -

Ops I just realized that I gave myself an extra 10lbs lol - I am in Australia so usually think in kgs...my start weight was 154lbs not 164 so I will record both:
SW 29 Jan 154lb (69.9kg)

Would love to join in as have exactly 10lb left to lose. I'm going to the gym three times a week and attempting to stick to a balanced diet with 1200 cals a day. I'm also using a fitbit.
