    Well i had 1 whole egg 3 egg whites with chopped up onion bell pepper zucchini and tomato with little cheese and coffee filed me up was very good!

    -Yoplait - Greek Yogurt 100 Cal Vanilla, 1 Container (150g)
    -Mp Combat Powder - Protein Powder- Cookies N Cream, 0.5 scoop

    Dr. Mcdougall's - Organic Instant Oatmeal Light Maple Brown Sugar, 1 packet
    Eight O'clock Coffee K-Cup - Eight O'clock Hazelnut Kcup, 20 oz
    Quest - Coconut Cashew, 1 Bar

    I eat some variation of this every morning, adding an extra protein shake if it is a gym morning.
