    Bad day yesterday. I tend to snack at night if I don't have a meal I really like. Starting new today and I will make it.

    Hey! I just found this group and I think its an awesome challenge... because I pretty much suck at night eating. I love love love to stay up late and watch netflix with my hubby and CHOW DOWN! I've been replacing some of my go-to snacks with skinny girl popcorn and trying to budget some calories so I can still eat some snacks at night, but not gorge myself..cause lets face it... its still fun and relaxing.

    So last night I didn't overeat... which is probably the first time in a long time. I'd love to join for the last week of February and I hope you guys continue on into March.

    This week's goals:

    1. Budget calories for night time eating
    2. Can eat at night as long as it is within my calories

    • Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
    • Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.
    • Take it one day at a time.

    Its not worth it. You have such a long streak going. Keep it up! It would be really sad to see you have to put 1 by LNS.

    This is my number one problem. I'm the poster child for LNS. I wake up 4-5 times a night and go straight to the fridge. Its like I have no control. I'm ready to beat LNS for good. Night one here we go!

    I'm in! Since Sunday, I've had two late night snacks and it's showing on the scale! Ugh! So, for me:

    Oh ! This challenge is sooo good for me. I am snacking all the time- day and night :tongue:

    Goals from February 18
    1.No snacking at all ( cakes, chocolates,cheese puffs,biscuits,icecreams)
    2. Have oats/chapathi. No rice.
    3. No eating after 8
    4. Have milk everyday.

    I will update my streak tomorrow :) all the best to y'all !!

    I have so far done well with no snacking part. Have been drinking water instead. And have asked my DH not to buy any snacks for me. I take a peck from him when he eats his ( so irresistible ! ) but the good thing is he eats only plain biscuits and doesn't snack at night like me :smirk: ( yeah, I am the only culprit at home :disappointed: )
