Hi, this is just what I need. I have my fit bit but I've not been making my 10,000 steps for awhile. All kinds of excuses BUT if I have to make an entry here saying done or not done! Hopefully this will be the kick in the butt that I need.
So, today is July 5th (already) I've got a couple days of driving in there so I'm aiming for 200,000 steps in July.

I am pretty consistent with getting in 10000 Mon-Fri. So I am going to set my goals at 12000 Mon-Fri and 10000 Sat and Sun. I would really like to get in 180 miles in July the most I have done is 163 so this will be a good motivator. July 1 14508, July 2 179630

Another Month - Another Challenge!
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's a Powerpoint file I amend each day and save as a jpeg.
Go to the APPS tab at the top of the page, then select Tickers - change the style of your ticker - Personalized - choose file.
It's a bit of faffing about but it's a constant reminder to move my butt!0 -
