Lost 25 Pounds using MFP, eating at a deficit and started strength training. JM Shred and pushups/squats. A work in progress but I'm pretty fracking happy with the results so far! FYI I am a 2x breast cancer survivor, bi-lateral mastectomy rocker, so I don't have boobs.. don't be alarmed!
