March 2016 Running Challenge

I have a victory to share!! I was able to finish my couch to 5K training!! 35 min run without a stop. 5 min on either end for warm up/cool down. Now I just need to practice every few days to get stronger. I can't believe I could do it. Shows me that we should dream big and go for it!!1
