    Successes/struggles this week: not worried about scale number as I know I would have had to have eaten more than 8400 calories over which I didn't. Did overindulge in salty foods and sweets. Connected my eating to stressful events and that is a huge success to gain that awareness.

    Successes/struggles this week: I still find myself putting unnecessary calories in my mouth and I am not even enjoying them. My ankle has been bothering me (surgery last summer) and I have an MRI scheduled for Monday. Crossing my fingers that no surgery is needed.

    Successes/struggles this week: Last we went on vacation and I ate crazy. I didn't restrict myself much at all and gained a lot of water weight over four days. I'm surprised how quickly it came off and that I'm down this week! The biggest struggle has been getting back to healthy eating after eating delicious huge portions. This weekend I have multiple gatherings where food is involved so I need to watch myself be prepared to not see much of a loss next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: My successes are pretty much the same this week, staying within my calories and meeting/exceeding my exercise goals. Last week, I also talked about staving of junk food craving with nuts/homemade trail mix but I am now eating too many nuts. I eat enough nuts for a low calorie meal lately. I have got to get my snack cravings under control. I am also still struggling with getting enough rest during the week. That being said, this is my first week in this challenge with a 3LBS lost! <3<3<3

    Successes/struggles this week: i have been doing better this week with exercising and getting more sleep. I always struggle with sweets but I'm going to work on it. But I have stayed within my calories so thats okay.

    Successes: I have done really well with adding in a regular exercise routine and keeping my daily step count high.

    Struggles: I still feel like I am having s little trouble with saying no to the junk, but I have managed to have enough control for only a bite or two.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been MIA for a couple.of weeks but atill logging and staying on target. I'm so close to onederland! It's my goal for next week.     Successes/struggles this week: GOAL! I also took measurements today and the biggest loss was 5 inches from my abdomen, That loss is greater to me than the number on the scale and makes me feel as though I am making real changes. I felt fatigued all week and the MFP community helped maintain my energy and motivation.

    Challenges: slacked off on tracking plus gave into late night snacking and bad food choices this week. I did increase activity but not enough for my poor diet choices.
