Successes/struggles this week: Bit of both this week! I didn't gain back due to the end of the ToM but I also didn't do any yoga this week. All I did was clean and get ready for Easter guests, so this really was a week of sticking to my new lifestyle with no treats.

Successes/struggles week 1: Struggles - I ate above my calorie allotment, didn't work out as much as I usually do, didn't drink enough water and my sleep wasn't very restful. I suppose the success this week was that my weight stayed even instead of going up.
Successes/struggles week 2: Struggles - I am not feeling motivated. I am eating even when I am not hungry. Successes - I haven't given up!
Successes/struggles week 3: Struggles - I am still struggling with eating when I am not hungry and choosing the healthiest option. I am getting better though. Successes - I have been exercising every day.
Successes/struggles week 4: struggles - Kids on Spring break and I snacked all day long without our usual schedule. Successes - I only gained a half a pound. I am determined to get back on track.

    Weight -/+ this month: -2

Successes/struggles this week: My struggles will be dealing with a bad big toe and bum hip on my left, make running impossible, squatting and P/U's/Burpee's are almost impossible too. And I am dealing with a nagging sinus infection. But other than that I am fit as a cello!
I think a pound a week should be doable.

    > UPDATE <
I forgot to account for soccer season starting which because I can not run at this time I mostly just stand there and coach. This will take me out of the gym three days a week or at least greatly reduce my W/O time. I may have to learn to get up at 0400 to get in a W/O before work. YIKES!
I am going to stick with my goal of 185 but it just got real up in here!
    Good luck y'all!

    > UPDATE 3/11<
My sinus infection is back which the biggest issue with that is it really zaps my energy.

    > UPDATE 3/18<
Still rolling with a sinus infection, because that’s how I roll! Add coaching soccer three days a week for 2.5 hours each session plus after work con-calls I haven’t had much gym time. So even a pound is huge for me this week.
Next week will be tricky, to add to the mix, tomorrow is the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade and there shall be copious amounts of dark heavy Irish beers being consumed.
But I am sure that I will at the very least not gain, or my name is not Bob!

    >UPDATE 3/29<
No loss this week but given all the stuff going on with my health, work, and after work activities I am just happy not to have gained.
I have not been able to get in the gym due to my coaching schedule but once the season starts I hope to be able to drop a practice day.
I need to get back to at least doing something around the house that resembles a workout. That would help a lot too.
Hopefully I can get on track for April and get back below the 185 mark.
Good luck to the rest of you with your plans and goals.

    1st April:

    Weight lost/gained this month: -3.9

Successes/struggles this week: Another close call this week. For a few days I was showing a 2lb gain, and I knew there was no way that was correct. I had been over calories some days, but not 7000 calories over maintenance. I'm not sure what was up with my body. I made it without a gain this month, and that's what matters.

As always, looking forward to next month. Congratulations, everyone, for not giving up!

Looking forward to starting the April challenge on 74.8Kg and seeing where I am at the end of next month!
