    I make cheese fit and it has to be full-fat mature cheddar. Using the fine side of the grater helps it to go further!

    I am a recovered cheese addict. I still like it, but now I find that less is more. I still like it for sure, but I don't eat anywhere near as much as I did before.

    Here's some tips from a fellow cheese lover.
    - old and sharp so you need less
    - Pre cut a big block and rewrap for the freezer. You will have to wait for your daily dose to defrost
    - Moon cheese
    - Hard old dry cheeses for grating
    - Grate fine
    - You can use up to a third less in recipes
