I make cheese fit and it has to be full-fat mature cheddar. Using the fine side of the grater helps it to go further!0

Here's some tips from a fellow cheese lover.
- old and sharp so you need less
- Pre cut a big block and rewrap for the freezer. You will have to wait for your daily dose to defrost
- Moon cheese
- Hard old dry cheeses for grating
- Grate fine
- You can use up to a third less in recipes0 -
