Are smoothies good for weight loss?

    I think it depends on what you're putting in them. I have one every day for lunch, 2 cups of kale or spinach, baby carrots and a half cup of blueberries or strawberries. By doing that and not having fast food with coworkers, an easy 10 pounds fell right off. If you're putting in a ton of fruit or adding sugar, then no.

    Yup, this is pretty much what I was going to say. I have one any day I need more calories by the end of the day. I usually do kale or spinach, some frozen fruit, Chia seeds, walnuts, almond milk, and protein powder.
