    5) Why am I still fat???? either you have not dedicated the time and effort into body fat composition or you have and unrealistic goal.

    6) Why am I not losing weight??? either you have not dedicated the time and effort into getting rid of your weight or you have an unrealistic goal.

    7) I'm in a plateau! More of a statement, but it is possible.

    8) I gained a tenth of a pound! Why am I gaining weight? because you are too focused on weight.

    9) But I burned 900 calories on the elliptical in 30 minutes, so why am I gaining weight? Oh really?
