    I may throw a pork butt on the smoker. supposed to be rainy but we haven't had rain in weeks so the weather people probably got it wrong again. the only profession where you can be right 50% of the time and still keep your job.

    she'll be ok JJ. stick her on a dirt bike and let her do motocross lol. skating will seem mild :)

    She has skated before well not so much skated as held onto me and been dragged around on the ice. Helmet yes and good to know that she would have to fall hard. I'm such a worrier lol!

    I'm probably one of the only Canadians that never learned how to skate properly. I fell plenty. She'll be fine.

    haha she might have bruises but I've taught kids and none have gotten really hurt.
    It's also easier teaching other kids than your own

    and I hate all those teaching aids they teach bad habits and are dangerous

    My parents were too cheap to buy me skates...lol I always had to borrow friends skates that never fit properly and the pain made it an unpleasant experience...never got into it.
