i hate myself this way. i'm not a huge guy by any means, but just makes me feel awful. my face gets rounder, little squishy around the middle, just feel miserable. like why is it so hard to do something that when your really "into it" you feel so much better! such a strange thing, this healthy eating at appropriate calorie intake levels.1 -

Shhhh it's ok it happens! We all have crazy busy lives and sometimes it gets overwhelming. I haven't been doing much in the way of the gym since before the move. I just realized how much I miss it and signed up for personal training and boot camp. We can do it Tom-hang in there!0 -
