Aww sorry about the tension Tom.

I woke up too early and then fell back asleep just before the alarm went off and dreaded i forgot my skating dress for a competition. That's annoying

so we have this guy at work. he literally never shuts his mouth. walking around humming songs, there is NEVER a moment there isn't sound coming out of the guys face. i'm about to jack him in the trap. if there was ever a guy that needed a good throat punch its him.

I blame my wife for my grumpiness :P ok i'm done. i'll be happy and positive the rest of the day....or stay away lol

Tom, dont't hesitate to tell this gut to shup up. It annoys you, it might annoy rest of office, too. He might not be aware. Do say it calmly, put things at their right place

I've just given in an examn paper and look forward desperately to catch up with my training. Hate to have to do all the hard work again, know it will be worth it,

Thank you, I will. Stretching, tensing muscles, checking out how the body is. Guess it will take ten days to catch up in intensity, another twenty to be really at ease. How are you with sports these days?

started stronglifts 5x5 a little while back. doing ok with that. I usually try to jog a couple times a week and also get the dog out for a walk. Could be better, but you know...i'm old as dirt :P i could pull a muscle getting groceries :)

Tom...at an office I worked at a senior partner had tourettes so we had to explain this to all new people because some days he'd walk around the office making weird noises. he was like 80 and there every day...we joked he'd die at his desk...never joke about that cause it happened

Ha! old as dirt is out of importance, you can be 70 and in great shape, I saw the gymnast once, she was stunning. Sounds as you are comfortable as it is?

@Tomk652015 you asked for a pic of them..
A friend d of mine took this one, my phone sucks so I can't take good pics

that is a great photo, it's quite hard to achieve and requires a lot of photoshop stacking to get the image to that standard. Well done

Cheers, I'll make sure I'll tell Þorsteinn that. He will appreciate it
