No. It's ridiculous. I do love my job but really how hard is it to just come in do some work, joke around, go home. She has not done one thing in 3 hours but look at FB and talk to her boyfriend. Then informs me she needs to leave early (after being gone Friday) to return a rental car they rented over the weekend. Are you effing kidding me?
Big Hugs hun.. I have three loafs in my support team that are like this. They get to keep their jobs while us senior employees always pick up their slack. Not sure about your company, but I think sometimes warm bodies are better than no bodies.

I made a birthday cake for a girlfriend this weekend, one of her favorites called Hummingbird cake. I made a tasting cake too. Its really a good cake.

I've been doing some fasting. about a week of basically just eating a sensible dinner. I'm feeling the effects of that with hunger so i'm just eating smaller portions at lunch. plus I had a 170Cal protein bar too. So i will have a smaller dinner tonight. feeling like that should be fine in curbing the hunger pangs.0
