I do too but I've found my guts are tone better without all that stuff and dairy.0 -

I have alot of food intolerances that's why i like the idea. I dont do it properly.1

Yep. I have gut cramping from gluten , flours. I'm pre diabetic and insulin resistant so.. I use protein and fats for energy, veggies for fiber.0 -
