    I do too but I've found my guts are tone better without all that stuff and dairy.

    I have alot of food intolerances that's why i like the idea. I dont do it properly.

    Yep. I have gut cramping from gluten , flours. I'm pre diabetic and insulin resistant so.. I use protein and fats for energy, veggies for fiber.

    Yeah. That's the only real reason I do it. I think fast dieting is stupid. It's only going to come back when u stop
