    Planning some interval walking tomorrow I take my son in the buggy so can't really jog (the buggy isn't up to it) so I like the interval walking instead. 18km walk planned for Saturday and looking forward to it.

    Great! I need all the support and motivation I can get. I've fallen off the healthy eating and exercise bandwagon lately. Hopefully this will help pull me back in the right direction.

    Was very tired today after being up with my toddler all night so I'm a little lower than usual. Back to normal tomorrow I hope.

    I'm joining late, but better late than never. I've been challenging myself everyday for about a week now, missed one day so far (Sunday, rest day). I aim to walk a minimum of 50-60 minutes a day and 2 miles. I'm hoping to increase both time and how many miles I walk in that time. I'll update my evening walk tonight.
