I'm a good starter but burn out fast so hoping can stay motivated. Goal this week - exercise every day. Stay on track with travel, family coming home and wedding this week. Hoping to get my garden planted so have some nice fresh veg this summer.

I'm a good starter but burn out fast so hoping can stay motivated. Goal this week - exercise every day, Sunday's off. Recently found youtube Zumba classes and loving that, the fun way to exercise.

Great! Thank you so much. As for "restrictions", it's something like that. I'm a tax accountant so I'm just hoping not to gain five more pounds before April 15. Keep at it @mhosner! Losing slowly is still losing - I have to keep that in mind myself. It's hard when you see all these posts of people losing 1.5, 2, 3, or even 4 pounds each week. Those of us that just don't lose that quickly need to stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize.
