The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of April. Time to get moving!

    4/5 - Off- but I did clean the house for about 100 hours yesterday. That counts, yes?

    Here's my exercise so far this month.

    1/4 - 1hr 40min walk
    2/4 - off
    3/4 - off
    4/4 - 30min walk and 45min dancing

    Total so far this month 2hrs and 55mins

    I am in, restarting again this morning as I have not exercise at all this month. My exercise for today will be:
    4/5 - The Firm DVD from YouTube - 60 minutes (Total Body Sculpt), 12 minutes of Kettle Bell Swings

    Once I have completed, I will be back to type in "DONE"

    No Exercise yesterday. Being a single mom trying to get in exercise is hard! I'm thankful that I only have to do it for a week. Kudos to those who do it full time.

    I'm not sure what or if I should put anything down today. I was at my niece and nephews school sports day from 9:30 - 2:30 walking from event to event and playing catch ya with my two year old in between. Had so much fun :smiley:
