3 years; gone from ~25% bodyfat to ~12% at the same weight.2

I want to lose weight but I quiet so many times ,but I want to do it this time ,I need to stay in the program,my goal is to lose 70 LB and get back in shape ,I feel so old I have knee pain . I start using the MFP App sine April 18 2016 and I didn't check to see how much I lost but I need some one like me to stay in program for long time.if you are interested let me know.for years I have been telling myself I will start on Modday ,but this time I want to do it for real0

But seriously my streak here is 108 days.
And I've lost 20 lbs so far.

Heaviest was 255 (at the time refused to enter it in MFP) ...now 205...been about 5 months...0

I started my new lifestyle on Feb 2nd of this year so I'm on day 77.
SW: 150, CW:126. I've lost 24 lbs so far in 77 days.
I am also using Weight Watchers though and lost the majority there. I've only been here at MFP for less than 30 days.0
