    heres my fave...

1c. mint chocolate chip ice cream (any brand will do, but not "lite" or anything)
1/4c. whole milk or half and half
6TBS creme de menthe liquer (or more depending on your preference)

i like to top mine with whipped cream from a can.

    insert straw, sip, and enjoy!

Sounds practically perfect. Do you feel better after having enjoyed this?

    i do.
    i feel refreshed and happy.
also, depending on how much of the creme de menthe goes in there i might also feel a bit dizzy.

it's a winning drink for sure! :drinker:

What are pepitas? This recipe sound very healthy an would like to make.

Pepitas are pumpkin seeds. I get the raw, unsalted ones from my local bulk foods store.

    frozen bananas are the secret!
When your bananas start getting brown spots, peel them, break them into a few big chunks, put in a Ziploc bag, then freeze.
To make a smoothie, I like:
    - coconut water or water for a base (you could use juice to make it sweeter)
    - frozen banana chunks, the more you use, the sweeter it will be
    - greens - I like the bagged spinach/baby kale mixture. You can freeze the whole bag, then break it up and use it when you want
    - parsley (fresh and happy taste)
    - frozen berries if you want (strawberries or blueberries)

    Yummy!

Discovered this gem a few days ago~ 1 stalk celery, 1 large Roma tomato, 3/4 cup spinach, 1/2 large cucumber, 1/4 cup water, and some ice. Add Frank's hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper all to taste. Blend it up in your smoothie maker of choice and drink up. I can't believe how awesome this taste! I should add that this is not going to be a meal smoothie but rather in addition to your meal. I have this at lunch with my tuna/ protein.

Add some vodka to this one, sounds awesome ;)

No but really this sounds very good, thanks for sharing. I may use a tiny bit of fresh garlic and onion instead. Yum!
