Ya, I shower multiple times per day during gardening season, but only shampoo when my hair needs it, which for me is every other day. I use a quart jug of Avalon Organics, Shampoo, Nourishing Lavender, 32 fl oz for bodywash as I love the pump and it's very gentle.0 -

I mean what exercise are you doing at what intensity and for how long? I may split my walking up throughout the day but I don't get sweaty or dirty enough each time to take a shower.
I walk for about ten minutes going about 4-5 mph. I'm drenched in sweat after and can't breathe. Can barely say one word.
I can walk for 75 minutes at 3 mph. Not sure how long I'd last at 4-5 mph.0 -
It would be of great benefit to you to see a mental health expert. There are obviously a number of deep rooted psychological issues that you are dealing with.2

If you are finding that this effort is only sustainable for 4-5 minutes and you get to the point of not being able to breath then it might actually make sense to go slower. Especially if you are suffering from hidradenitis. You aren't going to be able to keep your skin flora down with wipes without creating a reaction to some of the products used in wipes. They aren't really intended to be used 6-7 times a day.
It is great that you are exercising but it sounds like you are taking it to the level of punishment. 20 minutes of medium fast walking (and enjoying the beauty outside) beats 5 minutes of all out effort, 5 of recovery and the times cleaning up.
Best of luck, you've gone through some really hard things that you never deserved and were not your fault. Take care of yourself.7
