Successes: For a long time I was stuck at 128 because I would go over my calories on the weekends after a good week and I just couldn't get over the crest. I finally kept it together and saw results. Here's another weekend to make progress. I feel motivated now because I know I can do it!
Struggles: Riding out those difficult times when I want to keep eating (just a taste of this and a little of that). I find that I'm weakest when I'm tired after a long day and dehydrated. But I try and remember how awful I feel when I'm full. I also tell myself no. Just no. Do something else. I'm always glad I did. But those weak times can be intense and last quite a while. But eventually, it goes away and I'm like, That wasn't so bad. Nothing I can't handle!1 -

My husband got me a fitbit a few months ago ( Im not saying every1 must get one etc but I do think it's helpful to have something to measure calories burned working out, a heart rate monitor or something) I really didn't work out etc but it made me more aware to move more and to take more steps. I naturally started losing the weight but I knw if had started to incorporate excercise I could lose even more.
I really want to lose the weight. I loose motivation and usually too tired after playing with my 2 and 6 yr olds all day. But I plan 2 start 30 Day Shred 2day (with Sundays my active rest days. Sorry I've done it str8 b4 for 30 days never again I'll be in to much pain lol). Hopefully playing with the kids and 30DS it will help me loose the weight
And of course eating better1 -

I started in April and was doing well. At one point I was down to 194.. I'm not sure where I'm failing. I log each day, excersise 5 - 6 days a week and I'm eating at a deficit. I'm going to keep plugging along and hope May is kind to me and the results stick good luck everyone!1 -

I really want to get into my weight loss journey, so setting a goal of losing 5 lbs in a month seems like a good start. I've got a lot of weight I want to lose, but I need to take babysteps and not want immediate results. The weight didn't get there overnight, so it won't go away overnight either!0 -
