    I would love to be back into the 130's by this summer. I started exercising regularly last month and I've been focusing on eating clean(er) - progress not perfection! :-D Trying to track my macros but I'm at a place where I'm just not sure what my body needs for macros yet so I'm trying to be more aware of that right now too. I have PCOS so it makes things a little more interesting. Good luck everyone!!

    I'M very excited about this group, thank you for letting me join. My biggest struggle aT the moment is getting unmotivated. It has been really difficult lately finding the strength and patients to keep pushing myself when I haven't seen the desired weight loss.
