I would love to be back into the 130's by this summer. I started exercising regularly last month and I've been focusing on eating clean(er) - progress not perfection! :-D Trying to track my macros but I'm at a place where I'm just not sure what my body needs for macros yet so I'm trying to be more aware of that right now too. I have PCOS so it makes things a little more interesting. Good luck everyone!!1 -
