Hello all this is all new for me, I was looking for something to keep myself accountable and thought I would give this a shot. I would like to do a weekly weigh similar to those done at weight watchers meetings. I would like a place where others can help keep me accountable of my journey. I would love it if you would join me in doing weekly weigh-ins for the month of May. We can post about goals, struggles and successes each week. Please copy and paste the following in the comment box and add your information each week. Hope some of you can join me.

Good morning friends. Thank you so much for joining me in this. I really need some motivation. Its slowly been fading. The road is long and hard and boring......I need to change it up. So today I decided to add a little something along side my insanity workout. I am going to go up and down my stairs 10 times in a row. maybe more......or less haha. How are you girls doing today? Are you doing anything different?1

Welcome Bobbie! I get the binge eating I do it as well. I found the trigger to be boredom. I had many of those days last week. We can do it tho.1 -

I have issues with the scale as well. 2 weeks ago it became borderline obsessive. So I put it away...up on top and toward the back of the closet. It worked. Whenever I thought of it my laziness kicked in a I didn't bother with bringing it down until my usual weigh in day.0 -

I admire you for keeping up this healthy lifestyle whilst working so hard and being so tired. I'm a stay at home mom and I find it challenging. Well done sticking to it and being strong. Keep up the great work!0 -
