    how's everyone doing so far?

I'm doing great really keeping motivated I'm on top of my workout and nutrition. I do hope for a change in the scale this week cause it's been a strong one. But...in know that when changes are made in nutrition and excersize the scale may stay the same or even have a little jump. It's happened to me before. Fingers crossed not this time. And if it does its ok.

    How are you doing?

Great job! For the most part good, today will be the challenge with a work potluck and cinco de mayo dinner tonight with the family, but I have budgeted it out, as long as I stick with it I should be good :)

Fantastic. It's best to prepare for days like today. Good luck sticking to what you planned out! You can do it! Enjoy. X

Hi everyone! I hope you've had a successful week so far. I definitely struggled to stay on track yesterday and ended up not logging all of what I ate last night. But today is a new day! Already got my workout in and I am determined to stay on track during my graveyard shift tonight. I'm planning on being very, very active this weekend; I'm helping my mom move and she happens to live on the top floor in both her old and new apartment. Lots and lots of stairs to climb!

I hope you all have a great weekend!

I completly understand your struggles. I have an 8 month old at home who is also very demanding. Je is at an age now where he gets separation anxiety and as soon as I step out of view he screams at such a high pitch my eyes hurt. We can do this tho. We are mom's we can make ANYTHING work!

We'll come to all the recently joined. Thanks for allowing us to be part of your journeys. I know I am very happy to have you all in mine. Looking forward to our first weighing. Not sure how mine will be this week. I did everything right but sometimes the scale is stubborn. Happy to have you all here. X

Good morning friends and Happy Sunday.

Im so excited because when i first started this discussion I thought maybe 4 or 5 of us would be doing this together...there are 20 of us. I am so happy to see that you were all able to join me in trying to keep ourselves accountable in our journeys. we may not see immediate successes and we may not have a loss each week but if we do it all the right way by nourishing our bodies...drinking lots of water, and working out the best we can then we will have a positive change.

Well week one has passed and we are ready for weigh ins. I will start by putting mine in. some have already done so that weigh in on a different day from sunday. I went thru all the messages and noticed I missed some of you initially and even some of the messages. I promise i am not ignoring anyone just sometimes I miss some messages. I will post my weight in after this messages. Waiting for yours as well...post it even if its a gain or it hasnt moved. be accountable.

    see a soon friends.
