@lisahebert186 there are different types. Like if you are new you might want to do a 10/14 until you get used to it. I do a 5:2 fast be I don't have time for that time window thing.0

This is a bit long (12 parts) but worth the read...Just ignore the part about calories. You still have to count calories on IF. You just get to eat bigger meals, and IF suppresses your appetite, making it easier to stay in your calorie range. But the 'fuel your body' thing is a big myth...Part 3 below is about the affect of fasting on your hormones, which is important..
