Slimfast New Noodle Box

Has anyone actually tried and liked these, bought these thinking they would be good on my starve days( doing 5:2 diet) but actually think I would rather starve, leave a horrible aftertaste and only had 2 mouthfuls.

I've tried 5:2 (not SlimFast noodles). Anyway, the 5:2 group posted these links for fast day ideas.....

500 was too low for me (I still zig-zag calories though). But I looked for protein & fiber (lowest calorie veggies).....just a bit of fat. Like an egg white omelet with veggies & a bit of 2% cheese. Broth based soups with veggies can be filling. Greek yogurt (fake sugar kind) with FiberOne cereal and a few chopped nuts.0 -
Ewww I can still taste them 3 hours after.
