6 lbs to onederland...haven't seen that for at least 4 years.6 -
I haven't been on any sort of proper track fora few weeks now, I am finding it daunting and frustrating to enter my foods, but I have been active an average of 1.5 hours each day!! I am up 4 lbs this week, which seems astronomical compared to what I perceive myself to have eaten, but who knows!0

I have to log and weigh my food as otherwise I eat more than I think. At first it can be overwhelming, but it does get easier...just stick with it.0 -

It does become habit after a while and is so easy to overeat if you don't. Keep trying and please don't beat yourself up for the times that you forget.1 -
hey guys! hope everyone has been staying motivated!! today is my weigh in day! I am so excited this week although I have only lost 1.2lbs. i have joined a kickboxing class, which is really kicking my *kitten*.. but it's a fun way to sweat that's for sure! also I've stuck to my diet 6/7 days this week! hope everyone has a great, productive week!
