    I haven't been on any sort of proper track fora few weeks now, I am finding it daunting and frustrating to enter my foods, but I have been active an average of 1.5 hours each day!! I am up 4 lbs this week, which seems astronomical compared to what I perceive myself to have eaten, but who knows!

    I have to log and weigh my food as otherwise I eat more than I think. At first it can be overwhelming, but it does get easier...just stick with it.

    It does become habit after a while and is so easy to overeat if you don't. Keep trying and please don't beat yourself up for the times that you forget.
