    Hi all! I haven't checked in since the beginning of June cause I kinda hopped off the wagon, but tried to be concious of what I ate (while still not eating that great of stuff ^^;) But now I'm back in the game and feel like I just might actually reach my first GW by September!

    It might help if you stop worrying too much about WHAT you eat, and just focus on how many calories you eat.

    You don't have to subsist solely on spinach to lose weight.

    I lost 80 lbs eating chocolate and drinking beer or wine pretty much every day. Pizza, pasta, KFC, Maccas, all consumed in moderation.

    Deprivation diets don't work, and lead to bingeing and regaining weight.

    Moderation is the key.

    Salad and veg are important, but you don't have to become a martyr to them.

    @Orphia Thanks for the tip. I do plan on allowing myself the "good" stuff every now and then (like I plan on having a Thai burrito from Bolocco's today ;D ) But I wanted to stop my body from actually craving those foods, which I ate too much of to begin with, and the best way was to stop having that kind of stuff multiple times a week. Now I allow myself once a week, if I feel like it, and I don't feel deprived about it ^_^
