I went from 210-138 (still 18lbs. to go), and I definitely have noticed that the weight loss slows down as you get closer to your target weight.
Keep up the great work girl!
Awesome! you are a motivation!!!

Great job everyone! I went from a size 20 to a size 8. It took me a year and a half to get to a size 12. Then I plateaued for 6-8 months. I hired an online trainer and lost an additional 20+ lbs in 3 months.
Left: My heaviest 235+ Size 20. Right: Around 160. Size 12. Same dress in both pics.
Now: Size 8. 134 lbs.

Girl- you're smokin. You don't need to lose 25 pounds. but...each of our situations are different. Either way, I think you're beautiful.

30 pounds to go, but I'm getting there.1

Size 16 to 8/6 still need to lose about 30 pounds more to get to the middle of "normal" BMI (I'm 5'2"). I have been lifting weights though since January and may reevaluate when I can drop some more of my belly fat.
I'm maintaining my loss for the rest of summer and hitting it hard when school starts back again and it cools down some!!
Keep it up ladies you all look amazing!

Love this thread! I started as a 16 (maxed out at an 18 at one point)
also and I'm working on shedding the layers post pregnancy. Prior to my son, I had lost a fair amount using MFP. Gained most of it back while pregnant and I'm now down 20 again. Hoping to post some recent success pictures soon but here's my pic from before...
Before: 243 (pic taken at about 230)
After: 190
I'm 5"9'

Weight: 225 in June 2012.
210 in August 2015.
178 in April 2016.
165 in June 2016 (taken 10 days ago).
Height: 5'7"
I was a size 18/20 at my largest. I'm currently an 8/10. I really didn't take losing weight and getting back in shape seriously until February 2016 (I was at 195lbs at the beginning of February). I finally got fed up with my half-hearted efforts to take better care of myself. Now, it's become a life-style change that I've come to love.
I still have another 15lbs to go before I reach my first goal (what I weighed when I graduated from college). I think my end goal will be 140 (what I weighed when I graduated from high school), but I'll make that decision after I reach my first goal. High school was more than few years ago.32 -
I love your pics! You look fabulous, strong and healthy!0

I go to the gym 5x a week and weight train as well as cardio. I still would like to loose about 25 more lbs so have been doing loads of cardio.
25 more? Why? Are you still overweight? Or 25 lbs heavier than the lowest point on your healthy weight range?
I am weighing in at 169 right now, 5'6. I am sitting at a BMI of 27.3 which is still considered overweight. Once I get under a BMI of 25 I'll be satisfied and can continue to better myself by toning up and setting new goals
I'm 5'6 and 170 down from 221. I have the same goal as you. You look amazing! Congrats2 -
