Why is my daily calorie count so high?

I've decided to just knock my activity level down. I'm doing much better with my calories and I'm now hitting that daily goal or just below it. I'm still getting used to it but it seems to be good so far. Trial and error I suppose1

This could be the rancher in me but don't cut red meat! It's one of the few natural sources of vitamin B12 out there...and it's delicious!!! ☺0
